Refund policy

Returns

• Items can be refunded only when they are received to you in a damaged condition.
• We need you to send us 3-4 pictures of the arrived damaged product within two days of the delivery of the item, at hello@thebookishpandora.com 
• Item shall be refunded for, only if your claim is found to be correct. The decision for the same is solely at The Bookish Pandora's discretion.
• Once we verify that the item was indeed received in damaged condition, we will need you to ship it back to us. And we shall then process your refund.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Refund Turnaround Time: 3-4 business days are taken to process the refund and another 3-4 business days to credit the amount to the customer's bank account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thebookishpandora.com and send your item to: A-101, Sangani Aditya Heights, Motera, 380005 Ahmedabad GJ, India.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: A-101, Sangani Aditya Heights, Motera, 380005 Ahmedabad GJ, India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

In case delivery of an order is delayed or does not happen due to a mistake in the address or the contact number provided by the customer, the customer alone shall be held responsible for it. Once the said order reaches back to our address after failed delivery, The Bookish Pandora may send it back to you, on the correct address or with correct contact number, provided you pay the additional fee of forward shipping the second time. This fee may range from Rs.100-150/- depending upon your location. 

The order can not be cancelled in such cases.
