Shipping policy

All pieces at The Bookish Pandora are handmade to order.

Processing times are as follows:

📦 Smaller items (charms, bookmarks, sculptures) — 2 weeks (Business days only)

☕ Mugs & larger pieces — 3 weeks (Business days only)

✈️ International orders — additional transit time applies

Orders are not dispatched before the processing period is complete. By placing your order, you acknowledge these timelines. Thank you for supporting handmade! 🌸

In case delivery of an order is delayed or does not happen due to a mistake in the address or the contact number provided by the customer, the customer alone shall be held responsible for it. Once the said order reaches back to our address after failed delivery, The Bookish Pandora may send it back to you, on the correct address or with correct contact number, provided you pay the additional fee of forward shipping the second time. This fee may range from Rs.200-300/- depending upon your location. 

The order can not be cancelled in such cases.
